We're Bertini Tile LLC, and we've been a premier tile store in Urbandale, IA since 1991. Our tile sales and installation services cover residential and commercial projects of any size or shape. Hi Jackie- I know Kasim is not done with our 2nd shower yet, but i just wanted to let you know (and hopefully you can let Mark know as well) how happy we have been with our two experiences with you folks. You have been beyond kind, professional & helpful and so has Kasim. You took a huge weight off of my shoulders by picking out a reasonably priced tile (both times) that we love. My kids (& dog! haha) enjoy seeing Kasim as he remembers them and he always says hello or has a quick conversation with them. He is an absolute expert in his field and we feel very lucky to have found a company we trust. He went above & beyond to take pictures and explained why the previous shower leaked; I know the insurance adjuster was impressed. We also had the pleasure of meeting Jose yesterday; he was just as kind & professional. He even saw me carrying groceries in and quickly ran over to ask if he could help-isn't that awesome?! With the problems we have ran into with our home and a few negative experiences with other companies, we will without a doubt recommend you all to anyone.
